The Population Health Strategist will work directly with benefit advisors or employers to help them achieve these goals. The Strategist will provide oversight and direction of programs, people, activities, communications and/or vendor solutions to reach each employers’ specific goals.
Vital Incite is a quickly growing company looking to eliminate medical spend waste and better the health of employees across the country. The Population Health Analyst will support the evaluation of each client’s medical needs, trends in healthcare utilization, care coordination and impact of programs or services. This position will be responsible for investigative reporting to assist the Strategy team in the creation of client reports and support of client questions. This team member will also use existing tools to generate reports and investigate client questions that arise.
