We’re looking for an Integrations Specialist that supports Vital Incite’s mission by working within the Data Integrations team and using education, experience and strong independent motivation and judgment to ensure that all integrations meet the high standards of quality and timeliness needed to best service our clients.  The Integrations Specialist will report to the Integrations Team Lead and use his/her strong attention to detail and organization to ensure that the assigned integrations activities progress within the prescribed timeframes and meet the departmental goals for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.

We are searching for a Director of Data Integration who will champion Vital Incite’s mission by leading the Integration team, ensuring that Vital Incite’s data integration operations continue to meet our high standards of best-in-class quality and timeliness.  The Director of Data Integration will report to the VP of Operations and use health-related data familiarity and integrations experience, medical (and Rx) claims/coding knowledge, data manipulation skills, and management experience to assure complete and accurate integration of health plan data in a manner that permits the Strategy team to accurately and timely provide reporting. 

Vital Incite is a dynamic, quickly growing company with a strong mission to improve the efficiency of healthcare. We are searching for a VP of Large Group Strategy to join our team, whose role will play be pivotal within the leadership team at Vital Incite, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. Responsibilities will encompass creating demand for Vital Incite through public speaking engagements, supporting sales efforts to help move Alera Group up market, and collaborating with other senior leaders to shape the future direction of Vital Incite.  In addition, this role will serve as a senior strategist for major accounts, overseeing and guiding the development of high-impact strategies and solutions.  As a senior strategist this person will manage a team of strategists and analysts, ensuring they are effectively supporting client needs for major accounts and handling special consulting projects.
