This exempt position, reporting to the Director of Data Integrations, this role manages vendor and carrier relationships, data exchange processes, and leads integration initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include setting structured processes, performance standards, and accountability frameworks for external partners, as well as implementing scalable solutions for partner communication, data tracking, and issue resolution through automation. This position is the central point for reliable data exchange and operational excellence in integrations.
