The Role

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to support the delivery and execution of our Vital Oversight solution.

This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day client experience, ensuring all oversight deliverables are executed with precision, and coordinating across internal teams and external partners to keep work on track. You will serve as the operational backbone of the client relationship—bringing clarity, consistency, and accountability to every engagement.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage tasks—you make sure things get done.

What You’ll Do

Client Management and Communication

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and building strong relationships
• Ensure client questions, requests, and issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly
• Maintain a clear understanding of client priorities, expectations, and key deliverables

Execution and Deliverable Management

• Track all client work, reporting timelines, and oversight activities to ensure accurate, on-time completion
• Coordinate monthly workbook population, reporting outputs, and follow-up activities
• Maintain visibility into all workstreams and proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams across clinical, claims, analytics, and oversight functions to ensure work progresses to completion
• Follow up and drive accountability across all contributors to meet deadlines and quality expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen overall service delivery

Operations and Organization

• Coordinate client and vendor meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
• Manage carrier outreach and ensure timely, consistent communication and tracking
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting to support consistent execution

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years in client services, account management, project coordination, or similar roles
• Experience managing multiple clients and competing deadlines
• Strong background in client communication and workflow coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, consulting, analytics, or professional services
• Familiarity with ongoing service delivery models and client reporting
