At the Office

Lee Williams joined Alera Group in 2017, and officially became a part of the Vital Incite team in 2022. Lee is currently Vital Incite’s Data Scientist. With a background in biomedical engineering, Lee understands the importance and value of quality data. This background fuels his want to give employers actionable next steps driven by plan data with an eye on the impact on employees. In this role, Lee is hoping he can make an impact by providing clients understandable and actionable information.

Outside of the Office

In his free time, Lee is a science-fiction and pop culture enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family. He is also involved in community outreach and religious activities.
