Integrations Specialist
Vital Incite is a dynamic quickly growing company with a strong mission to improve the efficiency of healthcare. We are searching for an Integrations Specialist to perform outreach to data sources, secure the appropriate documents to allow Vital Incite to obtain the correct data layouts, and ensure that integrations activities progress accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Outreach to existing data partners to obtain data files related to new clients
- Collaborate with Vital Incite team members to collect and route appropriate legal and process approval paperwork
- Work with Integrations Team Lead to secure file formats, file transfer connections, test files, and ultimately the live data files
- Effectively track processes to ensure integrations are carried out on a timely basis; communicate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve success
- Oversee and perform, as necessary, the processing of client-related data forms and resulting reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills, written and oral
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple competing timelines simultaneously and follow-up with appropriate parties to ensure that timelines are met.
- Works well both independently or as part of a team
