Director of Vital Oversight

Vital Incite is a dynamic, quickly growing company with a strong mission to improve the efficiency of healthcare. We are searching for a director to lead our Oversight team, helping us improve impact, support employer goals, and develop our team and processes.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Budget management.
• Development of processes to create an efficient approach to identify, communicate, and track advocacy services.
• Manage client expectations and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate on the development of reports or alerts to help identify medical waste or opportunities to drive improved health outcomes leveraging technology to reduce manual and human efforts.
• Develop team to help support services.
• Clearly and effectively communicate efforts and accomplishments through quarterly reporting and other client meetings or communications.
• Provide direct services to help support outcomes and maintain direct experience with the service offering.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical and managerial experience working in a healthcare system.
• Experience in healthcare coding, plan of care, and quality outcomes related to healthcare services.
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; an individual who can professionally and positively impact both internal, as well as external clients and customers.
