1Will my meals be covered?
A light breakfast on 5/14 and 5/15, lunch on 5/14, and dinner on 5/13 and 5/14 are covered as part of the event. Participants will be responsible for meals during travel.
2What is the cost to attend?
The cost to attend the event is being covered by Vital Incite and key sponsors of the event.
3Will my travel costs be covered?
All costs for travel (flight, Uber, etc.) will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
4Is there a hotel block to reserve a room?
Yes, there is an event specific room block at Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection where the event is being held. We have also listed out two nearby hotels that may have more affordable room rates that are a short drive to the event venue. See the 'Hotel Information' portion of this site to see the hotel options and reserve your room. The deadline for the Hotel Carmichael room block is April 22nd and space is limited.
5What is the best airport to fly into?
It is recommended to fly into the Indianapolis International Airport. It is roughly a 30 minute Uber ride to the hotel from the airport.
