Operations Coordinator – Vital Oversight and Integrations

Vital Incite is a dynamic, growing company with a strong mission to improve the efficiency of healthcare. We are searching for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the Vital Oversight and Integrations departments.

This role plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and supporting internal teams and client commitments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
• Track client deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing reporting activities
• Maintain worklists and support workflow prioritization across teams
• Help monitor progress on tasks and flag upcoming or at-risk deadlines
• Organize records and administrative documentation related to client work
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and external partners
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and workflow processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations support, or coordinator role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting healthcare, consulting, analytics, or professional services teams preferred
