Will my meals be covered?
A light breakfast on 4/8 and 4/9, lunch on 4/8, and dinner on 4/7 and 4/8 are covered as part of the event. Participants will be responsible for meals during travel.
What is the cost to attend?
The cost to attend the event is being covered by the Alera partners hosting the event and our sponsors.
Will my travel costs be covered?
All costs for travel (flight, Uber, etc.) will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Is there a hotel block to reserve a room?
Yes, there is an event specific room block at the Bottleworks Hotel where the event is being held. We have also listed out two nearby hotels that are a short drive to the event venue. See the ‘Hotel Information’ portion of this site to see the hotel options and reserve your room. The deadline for the Bottleworks Hotel room block is March 9th and space is limited.
What is the best airport to fly into?
It is recommended to fly into the Indianapolis International Airport. It is roughly a 20 minute Uber ride to the hotel from the airport.
What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual.
