Under her leadership, Vital Incite has grown into a nationally recognized healthcare analytics, population health, and strategic consulting organization serving hundreds of employers.

John Delaney oversees operations, legal affairs, finance, human resources, and data acquisition strategy for Vital Incite and provides contract review and admin fee reconciliation services for Vital Oversight. His extensive experience in finance, legal services, and healthcare operations helps ensure that Vital Incite maintains the highest standards of data integrity, operational excellence, and client service delivery for its clients.

Ashley Berry is a registered nurse and healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning hospital operations, clinical oversight, onsite healthcare clinics, case management, and population health strategy. As Vice President of Vital Oversight, Ashley leads initiatives focused on identifying opportunities to improve care delivery, reduce healthcare waste, and address potential payment integrity concerns. The Vital Oversight program combines clinical expertise and advanced technology to identify individual cases that may warrant additional review, helping employers uncover opportunities to improve care pathways, address potential billing concerns, and ensure healthcare dollars are being spent effectively. Ashley also serves as a Senior Population Health Strategist, helping clients translate data and clinical insights into meaningful action.

Kaycee DeGabriele leads Vital Incite's consulting and population health strategy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting, actionable analytics, and strategic consulting services. She joined Vital Incite with experience spanning health coaching, wellness programming, vendor evaluation, and strategic consulting for employer health plans nationwide. Since joining the organization, Kaycee has helped shape Vital Incite's data-driven consulting approach, ensuring employers move beyond reporting to leverage objective insights that drive meaningful action. She partners with employers and advisors to transform healthcare data into targeted population health strategies that identify future risks, improve outcomes, enhance the effectiveness of health initiatives, and address the underlying drivers of healthcare costs.

Brad Forgey leads Vital Incite's technology organization, overseeing platform development, systems architecture, artificial intelligence initiatives, and technology-enabled processes. He collaborates across consulting, operations, and data integration teams to ensure technology solutions support scalable analytics, operational efficiency, and client success. His leadership helps translate innovation into practical tools that empower employers and advisors with timely, actionable insights.

Amanda Manley leads data enablement initiatives at Vital Incite. Combining expertise in human resources, business intelligence, and data analytics, Amanda helps transform complex healthcare and benefits data into meaningful insights that drive action. Combined with certifications as a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he offers a unique perspective on both healthcare financing and population health improvement. Shaun is passionate about identifying the root causes of healthcare spend and leveraging data to develop targeted, actionable solutions. He works closely with employers and advisors to uncover cost drivers, improve health outcomes, and support long-term healthcare strategy.

Dr. Neha Kumar is an osteopathic physician board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Lifestyle Medicine. Driven by a passion for improving health outcomes, she also holds a Master of Public Health and is pursuing a master's degree in business. Her experience spans direct patient care, population health management, case management, and clinical oversight within the insurance industry. As Medical Director for Vital Incite, Dr. Kumar provides clinical guidance that helps employers better understand healthcare risks, identify opportunities to improve outcomes, and reduce unnecessary medical spending.
