Population health consulting firm promotes key staff and adds to growing team

Vital Incite, an Indianapolis-based population health consulting firm, announced the promotion of two key staff and the hiring of new Director of Information Technology.

Mary Delaney is now President of Vital Incite. Delaney was a part of the Vital Incite launch in 2013 as the Managing Director. In her new role, Delaney will lead the mission to expand Vital Incite’s service offering to employers across the country.  They will also expand Vital Incite’s consulting services to help employers understand how to leverage a variety of solutions to provide meaningful healthcare coverage, promote well being and mitigate cost.  Having spent 23 years on the provider side of the healthcare industry, Delaney has the unique ability to see the big picture in healthcare and develop outside-the-box strategies and solutions.

Amanda Manley joined Vital Incite in 2014 and held the position of Client Service & Business Intelligence Architect until her recent promotion to Director of Strategic Business Solutions. In this new role, Manley will lead Vital Incite in the research of employer data and new analytics strategies to ensure that employers have access to meaningful, accurate, actionable analyses that continue to drive better outcomes. Manley has a passion for connecting disparate datasets and extracting meaningful analyses to aid strategy development.

Manley has a background in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP), statistics, and data modeling. Her experience specializes in developing models and self-service reporting that tie together member level data and illustrate outcomes.

Doug Morrison was hired as the new Director of Information Technology. In this key, new business development and client servicing role, he will provide oversight and supervision of all technology needs. Also, he will spearhead the HITRUST Certification process to ensure the highest security of all client data. Other duties include ensuring IT capabilities align with strategic business objectives.

Morrison has more than 28 years of information technology experience. Before joining Vital Incite, Morrison was a leader at Accenture, as well as other cross-industry organizations with focus on the data management space.
