Amy joined the Vital Incite team in July 2018. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes while simultaneously eliminating unnecessary expenses, and this role allows her the opportunity to achieve both goals.

Since becoming an RN, she has worked in a variety of nursing roles. Her career began at the bedside as an inpatient nurse caring for hospitalized patients on many different units, including medical/surgical, diabetic care center, labor and delivery, post-partum, NICU, and pediatrics. After eight years, she was promoted to Nurse Manager and oversaw operations at two Primary Care Physician onsite clinics. In 2016, she transitioned into the Population Health realm where she served as both Manager of Case Management, and later, Associate Director of Population Health.

This experience allows Amy to see healthcare from many different perspectives – patient, provider, employer, health system, and health plan. This broad view will serve Amy at Vital Incite as she provides oversight and direction of programs, people, activities, communications, and vendor solutions to help clients achieve established wellness and medical spend goals.

Amy spends free time with her husband, two children, and dog. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and attending sporting events and concerts. She also volunteers at her daughter’s school as the Vice-President of the Parent Teacher Organization.
