  • Mary Delaney, MS PT, CWPPresident
    At the Office

    Mary is the thought leader and creator behind the Vital Incite program. She founded Vital Incite in October of 2013 and brought a fresh perspective to the world of employee benefits. Having spent 23 years on the provider side of the healthcare industry provides Mary with the unique ability to see the big picture in healthcare and develop outside-of-the-box strategies and solutions. She has particular expertise in wellness solutions, disease management, utilization management and clinic integration. Prior to joining Vital Incite, Mary served as the Director of Employee Health for American Health Network.

    Mary is motivated by a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the evolving world of healthcare. She partners with employers to analyze the health risk factors of employee populations alongside historical medical spend to identify areas of opportunity. Armed with better understanding of the health and financial challenges that a specific employer is facing, she develops integrated strategies that include wellness program design, health care benefit utilization and employee communication. These strategies are designed to help employers and employees better manage medical expense by improving employee health outcomes.

    Outside of the Office

    Mary has been married to her husband for 27 years and together they have 4 incredible children. She is a very active member of the community spending a significant amount of time on committees and boards that are working to help improve the health of Hoosiers. When she isn’t leading the charge for a healthier Indiana, Mary enjoys exercise, gardening and water skiing.

    David Speicher joined Vital Incite in March 2021 as Chief Technology Officer. David provides strategy for the company’s technological resources and ensures that they are best-in-class, secure, efficient, and scalable as well as forward-looking. With over 17 years in the healthcare industry, David’s expertise in electronic health records, relational databases, data integrity and efficient reporting help us provide exceptional service to our clients.

    In his free time, David enjoys watching movies, hiking and biking with his family.  He is also an avid mushroom hunter and enjoys being a soccer dad to his sons.

Kaycee Eaton
  • Kaycee EatonVice President of Strategic Consulting

    Kaycee joined Vital Incite in 2016 and currently oversees population health reporting and consulting. With a decade of industry experience, she thrives on helping benefit advisors and employers build a more complete understanding of the health and wellness needs of their employee populations. Kaycee has experience working directly with patients as a health coach, and with employees at a large manufacturing company which provides her with valuable insight into how wellness programs work and what factors influence employee motivation. She is passionate about using data to both better understand health and medical spend trends, and to collaborate with employers to help individuals improve their health and wellbeing.

    In her free time, Kaycee enjoys being active outdoors with her dogs, traveling and attending live music events, and to relax she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

  • Amanda Manley, PHR, SHRM-CPVice President of Operations
    At the Office

    In October of 2014, Amanda joined the Vital Incite team. She is truly talented at integrating data from a number of sources, in different formats, with varying levels of detail in order to extract meaningful, actionable information for Vital Incite clients. Amanda has played an integral role in developing the foundation for data transfer processes and reports since joining the team. She has the unique ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the fine details that make a project successful.

    Amanda has worked in the Human Resources industry for several years and has extensive experience aggregating data and creating reports. This experience has given Amanda a keen sense for the type of information that executive teams look for and need to support business decisions. Amanda’s enthusiasm and passion for delivering reports in ways that drive understanding and action make her a valuable resource to Vital Incite clients.

    Outside of the Office

    When she isn’t crunching data, Amanda enjoys all of the things that come along with owning a new home. From DIY projects to yard work, Amanda enjoys it all. However, if pressed to pick a favorite new home activity, hosting dinner parties and cooking for family and friends take the cake. Amanda’s two dogs, a golden retriever and basset hound, love their new home too!

    Asma Ameziane joined Vital Incite in 2015 and is currently an Administrative Project Coordinator. Asma thrives on working behind the scenes to ensure projects and processes that support clients are running efficiently. She is passionate about collaborating with the team to help clients improve employee health and eliminate wasteful spending.

    In her free time, Asma enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and biking outdoors.

    Barbara Brungess is an Executive Communications and Partner Relations Consultant with nearly 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Previously, Ms. Brungess led the global investor relations program at AmerisourceBergen Corporation after progressing through marketing and financial analyst roles in the company subsequent to joining in 2000. Prior to that, she worked for Best Healthcare Management Company, a small Medicaid managed care consultancy.

    Lance Farmer joined Vital Incite in 2019 and is currently a Data Science Consultant. Lance enjoys analyzing wellness programs to ensure that they are both effective and fully optimized. With over 7 years of experience in the population health industry and an affinity for math, Lance thrives on helping our customers understand the insights provided by the numbers. He is passionate about turning data into actionable information and analyzing the efficiency of benefit programs.

    Shaun Fetman joined Vital Incite in 2019 and is currently a Data Entry Analyst. Shaun specializes in gathering and entering biometric and financial data for analysis. He thrives on creating order and structure in data sets, and has a diverse background including over a decade in the food service industry.

    In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cooking and exercising.

    Samantha Hills joined Vital Incite in 2019 and is currently a Population Health Strategist. With over 8 years of experience in the population health industry, Samantha thrives on integrating new vendors and onsite clinics into the client database, and developing performance guarantees for vendors which enable objective evaluation of effectiveness.  Samantha has a background in Medicare and Medicaid payer concepts as well as in corporate wellness which gives her unique skills to collaborate with employers to motivate employees and drive the best possible health outcomes for their population.

    In her free time, she enjoys outdoor physical activities and working with animal welfare organizations.

    Lydia Jembere joined Vital Incite in January 2021 as an Assistant Population Health Strategist Intern. Lydia assists our strategists in performing initial analysis and developing population health reports. Her background in Public Health helps her see beyond the data towards the determinants of individual and community health, and Lydia is passionate about improving quality of life and eliminating preventable disease.

    In her free time, Lydia enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

    Loren Jones joined Vital Incite in 2016 and is currently a SQL and BI Analyst. Loren identifies and researches trends that arise in a population’s health data and strategizes on how to best organize the data to enable accurate and efficient reporting. Loren is passionate about collaborating with the team to provide objective analysis in order to help employers find effective solutions to the challenges they face in managing employee health and rising costs.

Anna Kitchen
  • Anna Kitchen, RDPopulation Health Analyst

    Anna Kitchen joined Vital Incite in October 2020 as a Senior Population Health Strategist after having served as a summer intern in 2017 and 2018. Anna creates population health reports and completes initial analysis of client data. Anna is passionate about health and fitness and brings a background in nutrition to her work. She especially enjoys helping employers help their employees make positive changes.

    In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with friends and family,  baking gluten free treats and making specialty coffee drinks.
