We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to help advance Vital Incite’s mission by supporting our in-house applications. This position will collaborate with business stakeholders who identify issues with our in-house applications or with data as it flows through our integration process to define issues and identify the cause. This position will work closely with team members to determine how the issue will be corrected and manage the tickets to implement the correction. This position works closely with the development team to ensure that information about the issue and resolution is fully understood, communicated, and documented.
This position has a remote opportunity. You must be comfortable working within eastern time zone business hours.
o Reviewing application functionality to identify the root cause of issues
o Collaborate to determine proper resolution
o Document the issue and resolution
o Quality checks to support final outcomes
o Manage tickets to prioritize development team efforts
o Report ticket status as required to all impacted team members
o Coordinate scheduling of the development team’s work
