1Will my meals be covered?
Lunch and dinner on the 11th and lunch on the 12th are covered as part of the event. Participants will be responsible for meals during travel and breakfast is on their own
2What is the cost to attend?-
The cost to attend the event is being covered by Vital Incite and key sponsors of the event.
3Will my travel costs be covered?
All costs for travel (flight, Uber, etc.) will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
4Is there a hotel block to reserve a room?
Yes, the group is able to stay at the historic Bottleworks hotel in downtown Indianapolis. See the 'Hotel Information' portion of this site to see the room block and reserve your room. The deadline for the room block is March 11th and space is limited.
5What is the best airport to fly into?
It is recommended to fly into the Indianapolis International Airport. It is roughly a 20 minute Uber ride to the hotel from the airport.
